Two Door Cinema Club are an electropop, indie rock band from Bangor and Donaghadee, Northern Ireland formed in 2007. Two Door Cinema Club consist of three members as: Alex Trimble, Sam Halliday, Kevin Baird. They are signed to French record label Kitsuné Music, through which they released their debut album Tourist History on 1 March 2010.

Two Door Cimema Club - Appearance in Festivals

Two Door Cimema Club performed at the 2010 "iTunes" Festival. They played the Red Bull Bedroom Jam Futures Stage at T in the Park, the NME Stage at Reading Festival and Leeds Festival, the main stage at Oxegen Festival, Southside Festival, Hurricane Festival and at the Benicassim festival in 2010. They also played the Splendour in the Grass festival in Australia in 2010. They are due to play the Electric Picnic festival, Stradbally, Co. Laois, Ireland on 5 September, appearing on the Electric Stage.

Two Door Cinema Club - Tours

Two Door Cinema Club have opened for a number of bands including; autoKratz, Delphic, Foals and Metronomy. They toured the United Kingdom and Ireland in March 2010, following the release of their debut album, Tourist History.

They played at several "May Balls" at the University of Cambridge in June 2010, including Jesus College May Ball. They also opened for Phoenix during the band's 2010 US tour.

Their eastern tour comprised of Australia, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. In Hong Kong they debuted with Delphic.

Two Door Cinema Club - Tourist History

"Tourist History" is the debut studio album by Northern Irish band Two Door Cinema Club. It was released on 26 February 2010 in the Republic of Ireland, 1 March 2010 in the United Kingdom on Kitsuné Music and April 27, 2010 in the United States on Glassnote Records. The idea for the album title "Tourist History" came from the popularity of their hometown Bangor with tourists, and of their own travels as Two Door Cinema Club. The band recorded the album at Eastcote Studios in London with Elliot James during July 2009. The band were recording in the studio adjacent from Duran Duran.
